Bvdub – four forgetting

Bvdub is the solo project of Brock Van Wey, based in San Francisco, California. Since 2007 his music, ranging from ambient to deep techno, has received critical acclaim from many magazines, webzines, blogs and radio shows worldwide and he is now considered one of the most talented electronic music composers of nowadays. Four Forgetting consists of four long-form compositions of mesmerizing textures, lush soundscapes and dreamlike quality, with a total duration of 79 minutes. Everything is beautifully balanced by Van Wey, who creates one of his best albums to date, blending layers of sublime melodies, emotional themes, deep chords of soothing tones, melancholic drones, orchestral string samples, ethereal vocals and carefully programmed beats. Four Forgetting is another evocatively ambient masterpiece by bvdub that captivates the listener with its massive sonic depth.
